Building homes is a legacy in the McCarroll family that dates back generations. The family construction tradition began in 1935 when John McCarroll completed his first ground-up custom residence.

The company was later expanded by his son, Peter McCarroll, who has personally driven the business with over 50 years of direct hands-on builder experience. Today, Peter McCarroll resides in Laguna Beach, continuing the family's standards of building integrity, responsive communication, and elite craftsmanship.

Over the past 75 years, the McCarrolls have built more than 500 premium homes across Orange County and Los Angeles County. We bring this deep construction pedigree to every site, whether executing a complex architectural plan or modernizing a classic cottage.
