Smith Rooftop Pool Duplex
A custom duplex build featuring a 1,500 sq. ft. rear house with a rooftop lap pool (1 bed/1.5 bath) and a 2,500 sq. ft. front house (3 bed/2.5 bath). Includes new cabinets and Grohe fixtures. Designed by David Smith.
Laguna Beach Cottage
A complete exterior remodel of a classic Laguna Beach cottage. Project features included new composite siding, full roof replacement, updated entry porch, and complete exterior trim and body painting.
Cottage Restructuring
A comprehensive renovation of a historic cottage, replacing old siding, inserting energy-efficient windows, refinishing the existing decks, building new structural stairs, and painting the entire exterior.
Garage & Glass Deck Remodel
An addition and structural renovation comprising a newly framed garage, heavy-timber stairs, a composite structural deck, custom-fit frameless glass railings, and a full re-stucco of the building facade.
Estate Addition & Remodel
Complete exterior and interior remodel of a Laguna Beach home. We completed a full kitchen/bath remodel, replaced the deck, and constructed an 800 sq. ft. framing addition to expand the main living space.
Hermosa Beach Boutique
A new commercial 2,700 sq. ft. build in Hermosa Beach. The multi-tenant building was constructed to house a high-end hair salon and retail boutique store. Designed by architect Larry Peha.
